What Is It Like to Volunteer at Aravind?

Every year, dozens of volunteers travel to India at their own expense to help us fulfill our mission of eliminating needless blindness. They experience firsthand the culture of Tamil Nadu, share their time and talents in many fields, and become part of our large, extended family.

Ross McKeachie is a comedian, an actor, a writer, and has a background in marketing and business. He spent eight weeks with Aravind creating business development materials for LAICO, Aravind’s healthcare consulting group and working on an employee engagement project
