Dr. David F. Chang is a world-renowned cataract surgeon and humanitarian, inspiring eye care practioners around the world with his surgical and teaching skills, as well as his humility and compassion. His journey with Aravind started in 2003, when he met Dr. V in Pondicherry, and the collaboration continues.
